SERVPRO of West beaver County, led by owner Jeff and on-site supervisor Greg, made the water damage issues in our Imperial, PA home go away. A water hose to the refrigerator leaked and ruined laminate wood flooring in 3 rooms. The Serve Pro team found damage that us/the homeowners and insurance inspector did not find where water went through the floor into the lower level. Greg and team worked seamlessly with our insurance. Remediation and dryers set us up soon-to-come flooring replacement. Fast. Thorough. Incredibly knowledgeable. My hot water tank broke and Jeff came on a SUNDAY to help me get the process of cleaning up started. I cannot tell you how relieved I was to have someone that was knowledgeable and truly concerned about getting the job done quickly and correctly. When it came time to clean up my basement the guys he had working for him went as far as bringing my porch furniture down from the porch just to help me out. I would wholeheartedly recommended them to anyone.

I don't think I can give this company enough stars my house flooded in July and they have been nothing but amazing  the mitigated my house so well that I'm having them do the rebuild the lady in the office Lori is the sweetest and goes out of her way to answer any questions she can and Jeff omg can't say enough ANY and I mean ANY question I have had he has no problem what so ever answering any time of day I suggest them over anyone EVER

How can I say enough about this company?  When our toilet sprung a leak Jeff Krivan was at hour house in a little over an hour to assess the damage and plan his crews work.  Greg worked mostly at our house.  He was very neat, clean, and personable.   He checked in frequently to see if things were drying.  I felt very comfortable with the crew in my home.  When you have a disaster call SERVPRO of West Beaver County!!

Jeff from SERVPRO was a godsend! We had water (quickly) coming into our basement and even though he already had a pretty good idea there was nothing he/SERVPRO could do for our specific problem, he gave us any possible solution he could think of over the phone, and then came out to our house at 9pm and stayed for over an hour trying to help us temporarily fix the issue. He was straightforward with solutions that would ultimately just be a waste of money for us, and gave us honest opinions on what we could do/look for later on once everything was dry. On top of all that, he even called a few days later to check in and see how everything was holding up! I will always recommend SERVPRO to anyone needing help with water issues because of the genuine concern & caring manner Jeff showed us throughout our whole ordeal.

We highly recommend SERVPRO of West Beaver County! The Owner Jeff Krivan, and Greg and the crew were all professional, prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. They were very patient and answered all my questions and concerns as well. On Memorial Day we discovered that our water meter inside our home broke and water destroyed our newly remodeled family room. It was very stressful and upsetting; however, I feel very fortunate that we chose SERVPRO! Within 24 hours of choosing them, they arrived at our home and went to work. They removed the damaged flooring, hauled away the mess, conducted moisture readings and cut out the damaged drywall and trim etc, They set up numerous fans and a dehumidifier to dry everything out to prevent any future mold issues. They came back every day to check on things and take moisture level readings to ensure everything was indeed drying nicely. The owner Jeff even came out on a Sunday! Thank you SERVPRO for coming to the rescue! And now to rebuild! 

I can’t say enough about how helpful Jeff and his crew was cleaning up damage from our roof leak. He was a helpful advisor about my insurance claim and went so far as to take additional pictures of the damaged areas for the claim. What a professional company and truly nice guy!

I had a pin hole leak in a water line which was in the top of a closet in my basement which went undiscovered for about 4 weeks. I was referred to Jeff; I called him and even though it was on Saturday, he responded to me very quickly response and was very helpful, courteous and professional. Jeff and his SERVPRO team are top notch. Every aspect of the process was efficient and smooth. Our mudroom/laundry room, part of our kitchen and hardwood floors throughout much of our home were destroyed due to a water line break running through our attic while we were on vacation. Jeff came out the day after we got home from vacation and our house was back to it’s pre-flood state in just over 3 weeks, as if it never happened. We’ve heard horror stories from friends/family of 3-5 months for similar or less damage. Their communication, craftsmanship, and overall professionalism were incredible (shoutout to Greg as well). Would recommend the SERVPRO West Beaver team to anyone. We hope something like this never happens again, but if it does we’re calling Jeff immediately.

Jeff and his team were excellent all around. We had damage to our apartment due to a roof leak. As soon as they were notified, Jeff came out to get an estimate and he explained everything he was going to do in detail and then some. They started and finished in under a week and a half. Any kind of question I had during the process they answered in 100% honesty and fulfillment. There were certain things that I wanted done, like putting in vinyl flooring instead of carpeting, and they didn’t blink an eye on helping me out with that. If I have any further damage,(crossing fingers that I don’t) or remodeling projects in the future, I would definitely give Jeff and his guys a call. Shoutout to Greg, John, & Brian also you guys did great, I appreciate the work you’ve all done.
